Property taxes
A $200,000 home inside Clarksville city limits is assessed at $40,000 (20% of value). At 51.8 mills (a mill is $1 per $1,000 of assessed value) that is $2,072 a year before credits, and $1,472 after the $600 homestead credit for a primary residence. Those are 2025 rates, billed in 2026.
Lamar, Knoxville, Coal Hill and Hartman run a few mills higher than Clarksville. The full table, the homestead credit and what changes when a home sells are on my property tax page.

A county median won't tell you much about your house. Recent sales on your road and nearby roads will. Tell me the street and I'll run the numbers from recent sales nearby, the same homework I'd do if it were hitting the market next week. I'll text you what I think it'd bring.
